Thank you to all of the players that participated in this Fall's tryouts.  This continues to be an incredibly competitive tryout process; the depth and talent of the district seemingly increases each year. The following players have been selected to represent District 6 in this year's Fall Tier I League:

White Jerseys:  1, 2, 6, 9, 14, 22, 28, 35, 52, 53

Black Jerseys: 2, 3, 33, 35, 36

Goalies (Green Pinnies): 9, 25

This past weekend, the Lakers earned the top seed in the District Playoffs by capturing the League Playoff title at the Super Rink.  Victories over the Voyageurs and Moose put the Lakers in the championship game vs. Walleye.  Special teams was the difference, as the Lakers converted on 3 powerplays to ultimately get the 4-3 victory.  

District playoffs are October 8th and 9th, with a birth to the USA Hockey National Championships on the line.
