** No one is allowed on the ice or on the bench who is not rostered.
** Managers and Volunteers registered with USA Hockey and who are on a roster are not allowed on the bench or ice.
** Insurance Claims forms are not to be posted on the website and can be obtained by the association registrar through Cybersport or the District Risk Manager.
** USAH insurance is null and void if teams play any non-sanctioned scrimmages/games/tournaments/jamborees and the Association faces a heavy penalty from D6.
· Games are approved for high school teams which are not USAH registered against MNH team in areas where there are not enough MNH teams to play
· Maximum number of games is 5 – no exceptions – MNH Page 19 E
· HS teams MUST provide a copy of their insurance coverage issued by their agent and not just a letter from the coach or other school official. If the HS team does not have the same or better coverage than the USAH, the game is not approved/sanctioned
· Bruce Krueger issues most of the sanctions but work with him for any off-ice activities and Diane Ytuarte for any on-ice activity.
