Minnesota District 6 Hockey

1.  Provide ice and volunteers for the level.  Make sure clock people are familiar with the clock and are provided the playoff format and rules at the scorekeepers table.

2.  District 6 will schedule the Referees and pay them directly.  EMT's will be paid directly from District 6 as well.  There is a list of EMT's that have submitted all paperwork necessary to work the playoffs. If your assn has a preferred EMT who is not on this list please forward that info to the District Treasurer.

3.  The arena should Bill Ice to District 6 

4.  Provide Bracket Board for Arena and communicate scores to League Administrator on a daily basis.

5.  Provide a Director to run the playoffs.  

6.  District 6 will provide medals on Championship Weekend

The host association is responsible for all financials for the tournament.  At the end of the tournament a statement must be submitted to MN Hockey and District 6 in order for the host to be eligible for any financial subsidies.  State Tournament hosts are also responsible for a banquet on the Thursday prior to the tournament  (3/18).
