League Game Reschedule

Reschedules

Note that the referee scheduler is Terri Loken at D6refereescheduler@gmail.com

To verify your reschedule look for the change on the league schedule 48 hours after your request. If your game is on the schedule you have referees.

For Some reason the game number field is not taking so Please note this in the reason for change field.

You can only find the GAME NUMBER listed on www.arbitersports.com once I receive the form with a game number I will update BOTH sites to show the game change and reassign the referees.

To reschedule a league game the following must take place.

I MUST have 14 days of notice to reschedule a game.
(which requires a submitted form and check in hand)
Make the check payable to District 6 hockey for $100.00
(reference game number on check)

Mail the check to:
