Minnesota District 6 Hockey

District 6 Scoresheet Submissions Rules:

• District 6 League Games:  Winning team is responsible for submission.  In the event of a tie - the home team is responsible for submission.
• Scrimmages:  You are required to submit scoresheets for all events that your team hosts (win/lose/tie). 
• Tournaments:  Do not submit scoresheets.  The tournament director will be responsible.

Scoresheets must be submitted within 3 days after the completion of the game.  Failure to do so may result in $25.00 per game fine.

Make sure that scoresheets are completed.  Please note:

• If you have a color in your team name - make sure you add that.  Example:  Eden Prairie Red.  Make sure you list "Red" in the name.
• Make sure you list the arena location, date, and time of the game.
• Always fax the WHITE copy.  Except in the event of a misconduct where the referee keeps the white copy, then send your copy in.  If I am unable to read, I will follow up with the referee assocation.
• Make sure you identify the correct level of play.

Equipment Misconducts:  It is critical to note that you indicate on the scoresheet that the misconduct is an EQUIPMENT misconduct.

IMPORTANT:  ONCE THE REFEREE SIGNS THE SCORESHEET, THE SCORESHEET IF FINAL AND NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE.
